Welcome to Bear Real Estate Sales LLC established in 2023 and owned and operated by Curt & Penny Scroggins! Curt & I are lifetime Monroe County residents and owners of Bear Hardware in beautiful Brown County. Real estate has always been a passion of ours. As entrepreneurs' challenges are always welcome. We are very goal-driven people and are committed to giving our full attention to your Real Estate needs.

As I mentioned Curt and I are entrepreneurs. In 1990 we purchased a bakery, formerly Cakes, Candies & Things located at 729 S. Walnut in Bloomington, Indiana. In 1999 we purchased Bear Hardware located in Nashville, Indiana. Both businesses proved to be successful to our family, and now as "empty nesters" we have too much time on our hands! So, in 2017 Penny started her real estate career, along with Curt of course, because after all we are a TEAM!
